Meeting Concerning Rezoning & Development of the Golf Driving Range Property


My name is Jill Arnold and I am working with Oak Hall Companies, LLC on a rezoning proposal for an 11.5-acre property located at 3352 North Druid Hills Road.  The property is currently being used for a golf driving range and is zoned C-2 and M (Industrial).  Oak Hall wishes to rezone the property to an RSM (small lot residential) zoning classification in order to develop a 78-unit townhome community.  The proposed rezoning request is consistent with the County‚Äôs Comprehensive Plan which designates this area as Suburban, and will provide a valuable residential transition from North Druid Hills Road to the neighboring single-family neighborhoods across Burnt Fork Creek from the property. 

 

We will be hosting a neighborhood meeting on Thursday, June 30th at Clairmont Hills Baptist Church, 1995 Clairmont Rd, Decatur, GA 30033 starting at 7:00pm.  We hope you will be able to join us for this meeting.  Please also feel free to contact me in advance of the meeting with any questions about the rezoning request or development.
